Order on the website
For any order placed on our site, it is not necessary to create an account thanks to the "order as a guest" option. Then, simply add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. Once in your cart, you can place your order by following the different steps of the ordering process (cart, address, delivery, payment).
Order confirmation
It may take a few minutes between placing your order and receiving your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your "junk mail" or "spam" folder.
If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Track your order
You can track your order from your customer account in the "My orders" section or using the tracking number that will be sent to you by email.
Cancel or change your order
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. You can contact our customer service within one hour if you wish to cancel it. Cancellation will only be possible if the order is awaiting preparation. Once order preparation has begun, we are no longer able to intervene.
Product availability
Our website offers a wide selection of sunglasses, eyeglasses, and accessories. Some items may only be available for pre-order.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order:
- By credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay).
- Paypal
- Payment in installments with ALMA
You can only use one payment method per order.
If you have a credit note for less than the amount of your basket, you can apply it and then pay the remaining amount by card.
Payment in installments/deferred payment is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Purchase amount
- P2X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P3X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
- P4X: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
Fees
When paying in installments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees.
Alma is a remote payment manager and issues an electronic certificate that will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Termination
Any termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale binding the Seller and the customer entails the termination of the General Terms and Conditions of Use between Alma and the customer.
Secure Payment
Thanks to our partners Stripe, Paypal and Alma, all purchases are secure. Emmanuelle Khanh authenticates and secures payments with 3D Secure, also known as "Verified by Visa®", "Mastercard® SecureCode" and "American Express SafeKey®".
During the payment process, the financial institution will request personal information to verify the account holder's identity before validating the transaction.
Payment declined
If your card or any other payment method has been declined, please check that the payment information you entered is correct (card number, expiry date, CVV code). If you paid by credit card and the problem persists, we recommend that you contact your credit card company.
Mon paiement a été refusé. Que faire ?
Vérifiez que les informations saisies sont correctes (numéro de carte, date d'expiration, code CVV) ainsi que le plafond de votre carte bancaire. Si le problème persiste, contactez votre banque ou essayez un autre moyen de paiement disponible sur le site.
Comment utiliser un code promo ou un bon de réduction?
Si vous disposez d'un code promotionnel, saisissez-le dans le champ prévu à cet effet à l'étape du panier. Un seul code peut être appliqué par commande.
